Axxerion is an integrated platform that enables employees, partners, suppliers and customers to collaborate on business processes via Internet. You can define your own processes such as for handling complaints, ordering supplies, room reservations or contract renewal. You have 24 hour access to the latest information and you decide who may view or modify certain information. Axxerion is designed with three main concepts in mind:

Accessibility: Your employees, partners, suppliers and customers do not need to install software and only need a web browser. They can partipate in business processes 24 hour per day from anywhere. Because Axxerion is available as a hosted service you do not need to install any software or hardware either. You can start quickly without taking any major risk or financial commitment and only pay for what you use.

Integration: All modules are fully integrated and data is stored only once. If you enter a person in the employee module the employee cost are automatically taken into account when updating the budget of a project. Or if a workorder is assigned to an asset you cannot make a reservation at the same time. You can also create links with other systems or with graphical information in maps and drawings.

Flexibility: No organization is the same and therefore the system can easily be configured to suit your specific needs. For every type of object, such as a request or property, you can create custom data fields that can be used for searching and reporting. The advanced workflow capabilities allow you to define and change business processes graphically and without programming.
