Axxerion is an integrate platform for workplace and facility automation via Internet. It offers an integrated approach for managing front-end and back-end business processes as an alternative for paper, email and spreadsheets. The basis consists of a workflow management system. If you enter a person in the employee module the employee cost are automatically taken into account when updating the budget of a project. Or if a workorder is assigned to an asset you cannot make a reservation at the same time. You can also create links with other systems or with graphical information in maps and drawings.

Flexibility: No organization is the same and therefore the system can easily be configured to suit your specific needs. For every type of object, such as a request or property, you can create custom data fields that can be used for searching and reporting. The advanced workflow capabilities allow you to define and change business processes graphically and without programming.
