The asset management module helps you reduce life cycle cost of your assets. You can streamline purchasing, improve management of leases and maintenance contracts and schedule preventive maintenance. All information such as user, supplier, warranty, maintenance procedures and expenses are accessible via Internet. All expenses for purchasing, depreciation, leasing and maintenance are tracked so that you can evaluate the total cost of ownership.

Purchasing and leasing: You can streamline the process of ordering assets, track deliveries and processing invoices. The contract module helps you to schedule renewal of cancellation of lease or maintenance contract.

Digital file: All information related to an asset can be uploaded and attached so that they can be viewed online. You can keep track of user manuals, license agreements, photos or instruction videos.

Issue and return: For every asset you can track who has been using it and when it has been used so that expenses can be charged back. When a person leaves the organization you can ensure that all assigned assets are returned.

Warranty: You can track when the warranty on assets expire. This prevents unnecessary expenses for repairs while the asset is still under warranty.

Maintenance: Every asset can be linked to one or more maintenance schedules. You can keep track of meter readings and store spare parts. By scheduling preventive maintenance you can save cost and avoid failures and downtime.

Total cost of ownership: All depreciation costs, maintenance activities and usage are tracked. You can examine the total cost of ownership (TCO) of your assets to see where cost savings can be achieved.

The module can be configured for each user group by setting access rights to fields and functions. You can also define your own processes for modifying or creating data by defining custom workflows. Specific functions for your organization can be implemented on request.
