The employee management module helps you keep track of cost and qualifications of human resources. It assists you with recruitment and selection of new employees. You can track vacation days, salary history, qualifications, employment history, employee reviews and personal information. You can quickly see which assets, keys and passwords have been assigned. The cost per employee is calculated and used for budgetting and invoicing.

Recruitment and selection: You can define job positions, job descriptions and salary scales. Workflows for reviewing applicants and assignment of assets and streamlining the hiring process.
Digital file: All relevant informaiton such as contracts, diplomas, reviews and absence overviews are available online. Employees can edit or view their information online.
Salary and benefits: You can track salary, bonusses, allowances, stock options, vacation days and car leases. The total cost per year and hour can be calculated for budgetting and invoicing purposes.
Absence chart: This tracks the days that the employee has been absent due to vacation, illness or other reasons. The total number of available vacation days are calculated and managers can view reports on absense by department.
Qualifications: This tracks all personal qualifications such as drivers licenses, education, certifications and degrees. It keeps track of when qualifications expire and helps to find people with certain skills.
Objectives: You can define objectives for each employee, keep track of reviews and document action points for personal development. You can manage payment of bonusses and rewards upon achieving goals.
Issuing and returns: This tracks all assets that have been assigned to a person, such as phones, computers, keys or software licenses. You can ensure that that all assets are returned when an employee leaves the organization.

The module can be configured for each user group by setting access rights to fields and functions. You can also define your own processes for modifying or creating data by defining custom workflows. Specific functions for your organization can be implemented on request.
