INVENTORY MANAGEMENT

The inventory management module helps you to maintain stock, track deliveries, issue items and order new supplies. You can define minimum and maximum stock levels, prices and packaging units. Purchase orders for suppliers can be created automatically and you can see the history of deliveries for each item. Historical information can be used to save inventory expenses and to optimize the ordering strategy.

Procurement: Purchase orders for different suppliers can be created automatically based on current stock, minimum stock and maximum stock. The stock keeping units and quantities are automatically converted to ordering units.

Deliveries: You can register deliveries for outgoing purchase orders to suppliers. The stock levels in the storage location and the delivered amount on the purchase order are updated automatically.

Order fullfillment: The system automatically generates packing lists and picking lists. The most efficient picking sequence and storage locations are automatically generated. The quantity of delivered items is updated on the purchase order.

Stock levels: For every item you can view the minimum, maximum and current stock as well as quantities for incoming and outgoing orders. You can optimize your ordering strategy based on historical stock levels.

Prices and units: For each product you can define separate units for currency, dimensions, weight, price and packaging. The units are automatically converted when creating reports or purchase orders.

Stock history: Inventory levels can be displayed as charts so that you can quickly see changes in inventory levels over time and track the minimum and maximum inventory levels.

The module can be configured for each user group by setting access rights to fields and functions. You can also define your own processes for modifying or creating data by defining custom workflows. Specific functions for your organization can be implemented on request.
