MAINTENANCE

The Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) module helps reduce maintenance cost and downtime and increases the useful life of your assets. You can schedule corrective maintenance in response to requests or plan preventive maintenance based on maintenance schedules. The entire maintenance process from request, to planning, execution and invoicing is supported. You can calculate maintenance cost and book expenses against a budget.

Corrective maintenance: Maintenance requests can be converted to work orders. Multiple request can be linked to a single work order and a request can be linked to multiple work orders.

Preventive maintenance: Maintenance schedules can be assigned per building, area, equipment or type of equipment. For each scheme you can define the frequency, number of cycles and the day of execution.

Workorders: You can create workorders manually or generate workorders from maintenance schedules automatically. The workorder includes materials and labor estimates and can be assigned to maintenance employees. You can print or email the workorder.

Planboard: You can assign workorders via a graphical planboard that shows availability of resources. Point and click to get more information on a workorder.

Inventory management: You can check stock levels and automatically order supplies. When executing the workorder the stock is automatically updated based on the quantity of used material.

Cross charging and invoicing: The planned cost can be compared with the actual cost. You can assign costs to cost centers and cost types, cross charge the costs to a budget and create invoices.

The module can be configured for each user group by setting access rights to fields and functions. You can also define your own processes for modifying or creating data by defining custom workflows. Specific functions for your organization can be implemented on request.
