Axxerion revenue grows 40% in 2009: February 18, 2010 - Axxerion continues on a strong growth path and has realized a 40% revenenue increase in 2009. New clients include Vopak, NOS, Honeywell, Waterschap Rivierenlad, Trigion, Vodaphone, Texas Higher Education Board and Scania. Clients appreciate the convenience of a SaaS platform combined with advanced customization and integration functionality. Axxerion remains profitable and finances its growth from license revenue.
Axxerion Light announced at Facility and Building Show: January 13, 2010 - Axxerion participated at the Facilies & Buildings trade show in Den Bosch, which took place January 13-15. At the show the new concept Axxerion Light has been introduced. This is a special configuration of Axxerion which can be operational in 5 days, including importing data, finetuning of processes and training. Axxerion Light has standard configurations for requests management, reservations, contract management, property management, asset management and visitor registration.
Datacenter in Novato, CA: January 5, 2010 - Axxerion uses a new datacenter in California, USA, to further improve the quality service to American clients. Clients are no longer dependend upon the quality and speed of the transatlantic links and the overall responsiveness has been improved. By hosting applications and data in the USA, Axxerion complies to changed regulations imposed by government and corporations.
Fast implementation via partner baseline: December 15, 2009 - The new partner baseline technology enables Axxerion partners to quickly implement a standard configuration for their clients. It is a layered model where best practice workflows, settings and tables are defined once by the partner and subsequentltly inherited by client implementations. The same technology can be applied to create Axxerion configurations for facilities management, construction or maintenance management.
Axxerion selected for Dutch tax office: September 21, 2009 - Axxerion has been selected as facility management information system for the Dutch tax authorities in Doetinchem. This concerns a so called PPS (Public Private Sector) project where the government outsources facility managment to the private company Facilicom. The Axxerion workflow functionality ensures that processes are carried out consistently and checks compliance to Service Level Agreements. Axxerion will be connected to the building management control system.
Intranet integration module: August 14, 2009 - A new integration module enables customers to embed Axxerion pages and reports in their corporate intranet. Customers can change the layout and look-and-feel of Axxerion web forms via so called style sheets and integrate these forms in their own web site. Users that are logged into the corporate intranet are automatically authorized in Axxerion. The technology is especially suited for enabling employees to submit requests, purchase orders and reservations.
Pacific Convenience and Fuels selects Axxerion: July 30, 2009 - Pacific Convenience and Fuels has selected Axxerion for managing properties, employees and assets. Pacific Convenience and Fuels, LLC is owns and operates more than 360 gas stations in the western United States. The gas stations are under the brands of Conoco, Circle K and others and many of them have convenience stores. The company is on a rapid growth path and is acquiring additional stations. Pacific Convenience & Fuels is based in San Ramon, California.
Watership Rivierenland selects Axxerion: April 15, 2009 - The body of surveyors Rivierenland has selected Axxerion for management of requests and assets. The body of surveyors Rivierenland is responsible for water management in one of the most beautiful areas in the Netherlands, the river area. Over 700 employees take care of security and supply of clean water by managing dikes, dams, canals, sewage installations and taking care of rat population control.
Aberdeen Group Contract Management report: April 21, 2009 - Aberdeen Group has recently published a report on the advantages of using contract management software such as developed by Axxerion. Named advantages are increased cost savings, faster creation and processing of contracts and improved compliance to terms and conditions. Axxerion is currently being used to manage tens of thousands contracts with a contract value of over 4 billion USD.
Faster contract creation and better negotiation: March 9, 2009 - Several new functions have been added to the contract management module to facilitate the process of contract creation and negotiation. You can use libraries with pre-approved standard clauses in various languages to automatically create contracts in Word of PDF. It is also possible to adapt or activate clauses based on contract parameters. The tools also facilitate the process of contact negotiation, approval, evaluation and compliance checking.
Extended functionality for time sheets: February 6, 2009 - More and more customers are using Axxerion for keeping track of time sheets. The time sheet functionality has been been extended with capabilities to manage time sheets per week or per month. Furthermore, it is now possible to generate timesheets for users automatically per week. Approval processes can use advanced workflow capabilities where project managers only have to approve the hours that are relevant to them.
Continued strong growth Axxerion subscriptions in 2008: January 5, 2009 - In 2008, Axxerion experienced a growth of more than 50% in license revenue. This growth arises both from new licenses and expansion of existing licenses. This illustrates the further acceptance of Software as a Service (SaaS). Furthermore, the large expansion within the existing customer base is evidence of our high customer satisfaction.
New functionality for construction and project management: Juli 28, 2008 - Several enhancements for using Axxerion in construction and project management have been developed in close cooperation with various customers. This concerns functionality for budgetting, planning, time registration and issue tracking. A new module for change order management has been developed. This enables participants of a project to process changes to the original design and budget in a structured manner.
