Asset management for Utrecht police department:
February 29, 2008 - The Bureau of Conflict and Crisismanagement of the Utrecht police has selected Axxerion for management and tracking of materials and equipment. This primarily concerns the equipment for the Mobile Units (ME) for calamities or large scale events such as football matches, demonstrations or search and rescue operations. The process of issuing and returning equipment is facilitated by use of mobile scanning devices.

Strong growth of Axxerion subscriptions:
February 15, 2008 - The revenue from Axxerion licenses has increased with over 60% for the third year in a row. This growth endorses the overall acceptance of the Software as a Service (SaaS) concept. December 15, 2007 - Cushman & Wakefield, the largest private real estate broker in the world, will use Axxerion for managing facilities. The initial focus will be on managing issues, request and property maintenaince. Cushman & Wakefield was founded in 1917 and has 198 offices in 57 countries. Over 11.000 employees offer a variety of services including brokerage, asset management, retail services and consultancy.

November 3, 2007 - The Facilicom Services Group will use Axxerion for managing facilities. Axxerion will be used both internally as well as for providing services to Facilicom customers in various countries. Facilicom employs over 28.000 people, has a revenue of over 850 million euro and is active in various European countries.

Juli 6, 2007 - A consortium of three major telecom operators has selected Axxerion for facility management automation. The first phase of the implementation focusses on request management and reservations. An important factor behind the choice for Axxerion is the ability to quickly define workflows and the ability to submit and process requests and reservations from different locations via the Internet.

Software as a Service in Belgium:
June 22, 2007 - Sofware as a Service (Saas) or ASP is becoming increasingly popular in Belgium. Several organizations, including FRS Global, Flanders Expo, City of Overpelt, AIMS optronics and TOP Consultants, have recently selected Axxerion for managing data and business processes. The advantages of SaaS include short implementation cycles, lower overall cost and the ability to work with third parties in a secure online environment.

Axxerion online survey module:
April 20, 2007 - A new module for running online surveys has become available. The module provides support for various question types, such as free text, single choice, multiple choice or choice tables. Participants can be invited by email and can complete the survey online via a web browser. The survey results can be analyzed in Axxerion or can be exported to other packages.

Insurance company Menzis selects Axxerion:
March 5, 2007 - After a two months pilot, the Dutch insurance company Menzis has selected Axxerion for reservation and request management. Employees from various offices can submit request, reserve rooms, equipments, catering, cars and video conferencing. Axxerion is used both as a front-end and back-end system and is integrated with the company intranet. Menzis has 2500 employees and over 2 million customers.

Intranet integration module:
Februari 2, 2007 - A new integration module enables customers to integrate the Axxerion ASP/SaaS environment within their own corporate intranet. Customers can change the layout and look-and-feel of Axxerion web forms via so called style sheets and integrate these forms in their own web site. Users that are logged into the corporate intranet are automatically authorized in Axxerion. The technology is especially suited for enabling employees to submit requests and create reservations.

Bank transaction corrections SNS bank via Axxerion:
Januari 16, 2007 - SNS Bank has selected Axxerion as a central system for processing bank transfer corrections. Requests for corrections can be submitted via Internet from the regional offices. Special workflows for approval processing of the requests have been developed. The standard integration module is used for real-time exchange of information with back-end systems.

Axxerion USA:
December 2, 2006 - Axxerion has signed a partnership with KTX Systems based in California, USA, to better serve customers for the US market. The company will offer products and services under the name Axxerion USA (www.axxerionusa.com). Axxerion USA has extensive experience in the area of facility management, real-estate management and integration of complex web-based information systems. The launching project is the implementation of contract management for the Multnomah School District in Oregon.

Invoice approval workflow for Arcadis Acumen:
November 15, 2006 - Axxerion and its partner AFS have developed an integration with invoice scanning hardware for Arcadis Acumen. Invoices are centrally scanned and emailed to Axxerion, where a special workflow is automatically started. Managers in the various offices are notified by email and can view and approve the invoices. The system is in use for several months and Arcadis has recently increased the number of users.

AFS exclusive partner for FMIS in Netherlands:
October 1, 2006 - Axxerion has granted Asset Facility Services (AFS) the exclusive distribution rights for FMIS and maintenance managements within the Netherlands. AFS has managed to build a substantial customer base in a short time and has performed a large number of implementations. AFS has recently hired new Axxerion consultants and is also active in other market segments and countries within the European Union.

AssetL!VE agreement with Asset Facility Management:
October 1, 2006 - Asset Facility Management and Axxerion have signed an agreemnet where Axxerion is offered under the name AssetL!VE. Asset Facility Management offers services and software for maintenance planning, project management, quality control and property management. AssetL!VE enables customers to manage their properties online, manage requests and keep track of maintenance budgets.

September 18, 2006 - VION has selected Axxerion for maintenance management in 10 factories. At present various divisions use a mix of PC and client-server based software. By using a central web-based environment with integrated workflow management VION can standardize procedures and perform central management reporting. VION employs 15.500 people and is one of the leading food concerns worldwide.

Backup datacenter at Telecity:
August 21, 2006 - Axxerion has installed a second datacenter at Telecity in Amsterdam. This datacenter serves as a backup for the primary datacenter at Easynet Schiphol-Rijk. The datacenters use different power supplies and internet connections. Customer data is synchronized on a daily basis. Axxerion customers can login to the backup environment to ensure that the backup of their data has been carried out correctly.

News miom header:
August 14, 2006 - Axxerion has signed an agreement wtih MIOM in Moscow for sales and implementation of Axxerion in Russia. MIOM has created a russian translation, which has been made available to Axxerion users. Besides implementation and training, MIOM will develop additional modules. The first implementation of Axxerion for publisher Pressa in Moscow has been completed.
