ONLINE SURVEYS

The survey module enables you to run online surveys, for instance for a customer satisfaction survey or a market survey. You can use various question types, such as free text, single choice, choice table and multiple choice questions. You can create a list with persons or organizations and send out an email invitation to participate in the online survey. There are various options for analyzing the results or exporting the results to another system.

The module can be configured for each user group by setting access rights to fields and functions. You can also define your own processes for modifying or creating data by defining custom workflows. Specific functions for your organization can be implemented on request. The standard functions of this module include:

Introduction: A survey may start with a short introduction on the purpose and method. The text can be personalized with the name of the participant.

Sections: You can subdivide the survey into sections and pages. Participants of the survey can see on which page they currently are and how many pages still to go.

Open questions: Open questions can include one or more lines of text. You can use these for example for capturing names or comments. The maximum number of characters is checked dynamically while the user is typing.

Single choice: With a single choice answer you can specify a list with possible values. Only one can be selected. Users can select an option via so called radio buttons.

Choice table: In a choice table the options are displayed horizontally and the questions are displayed vertically. This question type is suitable for analyzing differences between various answers.

Multiple choice: With multiple choice questions the participants can select more than one option. This question type uses so called checkboxes.

Email: You can create a list with persons and organizations and send a personalized email message. When the recipient clicks on a link in the email a web browser is automatically opened and the survey form is displayed.

Url: You can open the survey to the general public or to persons that are not registered in Axxerion. Each survey has a unique URL that you can specify yourself. You can inform people of this URL or include this URL in your own web site.

Preview: The preview option enables you to see the survey form as it will appear to the recipient. This enables you to check the configuration of the survey and evaluate the layout. You can also send a test invitation email to yourself.

Filter: With the built-in filter options you can quickly find responses based on certain answers. You can for example review responses of persons that have given a strong negative or positive response so a certain question.

Totals: At any time you can request an overview of the totals for the single and multiple choice questions, of a list with answers to the open questions. You can specify various filter options.

Export: Detailed information on the answers on the various questions can be exported to a CSV file. You can then perform further analysis and create charts in Excel or other packages.
