REPORTING

One of the most important requirements for an enterprise system is the ability to quickly create reports. Axxerion has a large number of standard reports for each module. It is also possible to create your own reports and dashboards. The reports can be viewed directly in the browser and can be converted to PDF so that they can be downloaded and printed. It is also possible to import a report in Microsoft Excel for further analysis.

Internet: The latest information can be accessed from any location and at any time using a standard web browser. For designing reports you only need a web browser.

Autolink: You can lists fields of different objects in a a report. The system can automatically link objects. If the first field is the name of a property and the second field the city of an adress, the address object will be linked to the property.

Filters: Multiple filters with fields from different objects can be created for a report. You can use operators, default values and dynamic variables such as 'last week', 'current user' or 'my department'.

Sorting: The results can be sorted in descending or ascending order. You can sort on multipe columns and specify the sorting order. The default sorting settings are stored in the report and you can interactively resort by clicking on the column headers.

Subtotals: The results can be grouped by multiple columns. You can specify per column if a sub total should be displayed and if the sub total should be calculated by taking the sum or average.

Formulas: You can create columns with calculated fields by using expressions, formulas and conditional statements. Standard functions are supported such as for rounding, minimum/maximum calculation, time conversions and formatting.

Charts: Results can be displayed as lists or charts. You can select various chart types such as line chart, bar chart, pie chart, time chart or meter. The charts can be applied to columns with formulas.

Dashboard: You can create digitial dashboards with charts, meters and lists. Dashboards can quickly be modified and you can design a custom digital dashboard for various types of objects such as properties, projects or assets.

Forms: You can design your own forms with Microsoft Word. This can for instance be used for invoices, purchase orders or reservations.

Export: Reports are displayed in HTML format in the web browser. You can optionally create a PDF or download the data as a CSV file for further processing or analysis in other systems.

Email: Reports can be run automatically and sent by email to one or more recipients. You can specify the frequency, time, day of week and format (HTML, CSV, PDF).

Access: You can set access permission per report and per user group. If a person does not have access permissions to a report the report is not shown in the list.
