Axxerion can be licensed as hosted service or as a product that you can install in your own environment. The price includes access to all modules, the JBoss application server and MySQL relational database. You will also get free access to updates and new releases.

Shared hosting: You pay an annual amount for using the software and you don't have to buy or install any hardware. The only thing you need is a web browser and a administrator account. This SaaS (Software as a Service) or ASP option is attractive for organizations that want to start quickly without an initial investment.

Dedicated hosting: With this option you have your own server but Axxerion will provide installation, maintenance and upgrade services. This option can be attractive in case you have special requirements for hardware, operating system or database. You can also decide when you want to upgrade to new releases.

In-house hosting: You purchase or rent the software. Depending on your situation the software can be installed on one or more servers. You can download and install new versions at your own discretion. It is possible to start with shared hosting and migrate to in-house hosting at a later stage.

Axxerion is available as hosted service starting from 5000 EUR/USD per year. The minimum license fee for in-house hosting is 30000 EUR/USD. Like with a phone subscription you only pay for what you actually use. The price depends on the number of users and the number of objects. You can configure the system yourself or purchase additional configuration services from our partners.

Training: Our partners offer end-user training for the modules and training for administrators. There are also special trainings on workflow design and report building.

Helpdesk: Axxerion users can call or email the helpdesk. Free technical support is included in the Axxerion subscription.

Configuration: This includes setting up user groups and access permissions in case they are different from the standard configuration.

Reporting: Special reports and dashboards can be created based on your specifications. Export schedules can be configured for sending reports automatically to selected recipients.

Import/export: We kan help with converting data from old systems or files. It is also possible to configure live connections with other systems via FTP, email or web-services.

Workflows: Axxerion comes with all the tools to design and modify workflows yourself, however Axxerion can help you to analyse business processes and translate this into workflow forms and processes.

Installation: The application can be installed on your servers or can be delivered pre-installed on a new server. When using the environment as a hosted service there is no need to purchase and setup any hardware or software.
