TIME SHEETS

Digital time sheets,
easy to enter,
quick to invoice

Time sheets are important to keep track of the time that employees have spent on their tasks. When working with projects, this is essential to be able to track progress and generate invoices. Time sheets can be entered easily and efficiently, using advanced workflow functionality and fully integrated with project management.

Projects: Time sheets can be be linked to projects and project tasks. This way you can see quickly how much time has been spent on a project task, and what the revenues and costs are related to hours.
Workflow: You can attach customizable workflows to time sheets to manage the approval process. For example, time sheets can be verified by the verification office, before being approved by the project manager(s).
Related project managers: Approval tasks can be generated for project managers that are related to the time sheet items. It can be configured that the project managers only see the time sheet items that they need to approve.
Timesheets by week: Time sheets can be automatically generated by week for the users. The number of hours that is entered can be compared with the number of hours that is specified with the employee.
Timesheets by month: Time sheets can be based on month, where time sheets are entered per week, but invoiced per month. For weeks that are broken across two months, two time sheets are created.
Automatic generation: Time sheets can be automatically generated per week for the users. The corresponding workflows are started automatically so the users get tasks to fill out and submit the time sheets.
Automatic addition of items: Time sheet items can be added automatically for all project tasks where the user is linked as a resource. When the time sheet is submitted, empty time sheet items will be removed automatically.
Invoicing: Invoices can be generated from approved time sheet items, with different possibilities for composing the invoice.
Different hour types: Hours can be categorized in different ways. Hours can be entered as work hours, but also type like vacation, sick and overtime are possible.
Messages: Messages can be sent automatically from the workflow to notify users to submit, verify or approve time sheets.
