Contracts by category
You decide which information needs to be recorded for each category (employment contracts, rental contracts, leasing contracts etc.) and you’ll be able to generate overviews per category. Access privileges mean that users can only consult those contracts that are relevant to them.
Important dates are recorded for each contract, e.g. terminations and extensions or payment dates and supplier reviews. For each date you can indicate when you wish to receive a reminder.
Summaries and clauses
All clauses and important dates in contracts can be highlighted, making searching at a later date easier and giving an overview of all important dates and key clauses.
Contracts can be indexed automatically. You can define a different index per item, for example allowing you to index the rent on a contract but not the service charges.
You can rate your suppliers annually, recording the results with the related contract. Agreed targets are registered and can be reviewed during the next evaluation.
You can record the contract itself, but also include all relevant correspondence and other attachments.
